The retreat is a uniqueopportunity for area business and civic leaders to gain a deeper understanding oftheir decision making and leadership skills\, and build their confidence\, all whilemeeting and learning with a whole new network of local professionals. Participantswill be able to immediately use what they learn from the retreat to set goalsand begin to design plans in preparation for the Institute's full year of sessionsand hands-on activities. Guest speakers and a dinner reception will round out theretreat and usher in what is sure to be a year of growth and new connections forall who participate.Sponsored by Rick Hogan\, Pierce College.
