LOCATION:Good Samaritan Cancer Center\, 400 15th Ave SEPuyallup\, WA 98371 Directions: From Meridian\, turn east onto 15th Ave SE\, go up the hill and turn right onto 4th St. SE. The Cancer Center is on the left hand side. They do request that people park as far from the building as possible to allow priority parking to our cancer patients.
