Course taught by our very own Chamber Member\, Mark Caldwell with Ajarn Academy\n\n \nAbout Mark\n\nAfter a 30-year career in IT\, growing from programmer through manager to Director and beyond\, Mark has returned to his first love of teaching and training\, with a focus on healthy\, effective teamwork.\n\nHolding certificates in coaching and training from the Maxwell Leadership Team\, and facilitation of the Six Types of Working Genius from Patrick Lencioni's The Table Group\, Mark is also a 3rd-degree Black Belt in martial arts. Puyallup husband and father to two teenagers\, Mark has also enjoyed the titles of Cheer Dad\, Hockey Dad\, and golf-cart driver.\n\nAbout the Session\n\nThe Lunch 'n' Learn will be an introduction to The Six Types of Working Genius model with real-life examples of how to use the language of Geniuses and Frustrations for enhancing teamwork and productivity.
