Thushari began her banking career over twenty five years ago and is passionate about helping the underserved and underrepresented communities build generational wealth. As the Community Manager for JPMorgan Chase, she leads financial health initiatives that create positive social impact and foster economic development. She is committed to strategically improving the current consumer and business landscape by providing access to financial education, resources, and opportunities.
Thushari holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Arizona with a focus on Organizational Leadership. When she isn’t working or volunteering, you will find Thushari hiking in the mountains with her son or lost in a great book.
Shelia Winston, Sr. Business Consultant
Shelia Winston is a native Washingtonian who believes in going the extra mile to assist others. She has been with Chase Bank for over 14 years and has over 25 years of experience in the financial service industry. Her leadership qualities, expertise and experience has enabled her success towards the many aspects of management, succeeding customer expectations, and building strong financial relationships. Throughout her career Shelia has held leadership positions in Commercial Banking, Business Banking and Branch Management. Her extensive experience towards working with prospects and customers, enhanced her awareness and drive towards the importance of building trust. As a result, Shelia has experienced numerous repeat business opportunities. Shelia was also recently awarded in 2023, Outstanding performer in her field as a Sr. Business consultant for the work she provides through the Chase Executive Coaching for Impact Mentorship program.
Outside of work, Shelia has served as an Ambassador on the Hunger Board of Pierce County, Executive Women’s Institute, and Fares Start volunteer program. Shelia has held the titles of Secretary, Ambassador and Board of Directors for the various foundation boards she served on. Shelia currently lives in the South Sound area of Washington with her husband and family.
