The Soukphaly Insurance Agency was founded by Soutsakhone Soukphaly in 2012. Under the Farmers Insurance umbrella, this Agency has been helping individuals, families and businesses with their Insurance needs in the state of WA & CA. Soutsakhone has a passion with helping people and has a background in finance with a degree in Economics from the University of CA, Davis. They believe in helping clients by taking the time to explain coverages so you can feel informed when creating your insurance plan.
