About Us

Orangetheory Fitness is a one-hour full body workout. Each class is designed to train endurance, strength, power or a combination of all three. We are heart-rate based interval training, which is proven to burn more calories post-workout. Our heart rate monitors show results in real time on large studio TVs. We train in five different heart rate zones and our fitness coaches prevent you from over or under training.

Go at your own pace! Choose to walk, jog, run, bike, or stride. This workout produces results based on your unique abilities.
Recovering from an injury or orthopedic limitations? Just tell the coach, we have exercise options for everybody!
We switch up the workout every day, so not only will you continue to challenge and change your body, you’ll have more fun!
We designed this workout with one goal in mind: to make sure anyone who tries it feels successful.
